Account Rules
One account per person
Each player is allowed one registered account at 557h. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under your own name or another person's name — is grounds for immediate suspension. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
Keeping your details accurate
You must provide your real name, date of birth, and a working mobile number when you register. If any of these details change, update them through the account settings page or contact support. 557h may ask you to verify updated information before processing a withdrawal.
Password and security

KYC verification
You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. We accept the following documents:

Withdrawal conditions
You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If your deposit and withdrawal methods differ, we may ask for additional verification.
Prohibited Conduct

- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
- Exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain
- Colluding with other players in live games
- Providing false personal information during registration or KYC
- Attempting to launder money or process payments on behalf of a third party
- Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses

Our Liability to You

Suspension & Closure
557h may suspend or close your account if:

- We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority
- Your account shows signs of problem gambling and you have requested self-exclusion
- Your identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction
If your account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your original deposit method, minus any applicable fees, unless the account is closed due to fraud.
You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. We will process your request within 24 hours and return any remaining real-money balance.
How We Update These Terms
557h may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-platform notification. Continuing to use 557h after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
